Welcome to the Mt.Fuji Hill Climb Dojo! The purpose of this workout series is to prepare riders for Japan's famous Hill Climb event, the Mt Fuji Hill Climb, and to improve their performance for the event. All in-game instruction will be in Japanese and English. We look forward to seeing you every week.

5 x 5-minute effots at 110%, concluding the Build phase with Zwift's most well-known (and infamous) workout, """"The Gorby"""". If this feels easy to you, then you've grown up quite a bit!

Category B is a Lite version of the workout with slightly reduced intensity and time. In any case, this is a high-intensity workout, so please be sure to rest well in advance and be fresh enough to complete it.
