Welcome to Rally Cycling's #GetReadyForTomorrow social ride. We're here to encourage you to get ready for tomorrow by taking care of yourself today. To help drive this point home, we've asked our friend Phil Liggett to share a special message with you so make sure you turn your game volume up!

This week's ride is brought to you by Pactimo who is offering up a special treat at the 15-minute mark! Hint: make sure you stay glued to Heidi Franz (yellow beacon), this week's ride leader. Heidi will lead the group on the Tick Tock course in Watopia for 45 minutes. Lap: 16.8 km. Elevation: 44 meters.
