After a few weeks of heavy, high intensity workouts we are turning the focus to base building and endurance training. A lot of the work will be in zones 1-3. You can use these workouts to build your longer endurance trainings on. Those micro surges are there to break-up the longer set and to give a bit of nudge to your oxygen uptake and neuromuscular response.
In the spirit of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day – we will mention few of the many inspirational female athletes who changed in one way or another the world of sports. So bring your strong cycling-typing skills along this more chilled ride.

Angela Naeth is a professional triathlete, coach, and founder of IRACELIKEAGIRL - a community of girls/women who provide opportunities for females of all ages and abilities to support, encourage and inspire one another in the sport of triathlon, cycling, running and swimming.
