Join Ann during her workouts in preparation for various summer triathlons. The weekly workouts will build for 3 weeks and then have a recovery week to give your body an opportunity to absorb the training stress. Goal of these workouts is to get some solid Zone 2 work, mixed with some Z3 along with some social interaction! Come out and play.
The goal of these workouts is to get work done plus have social interaction! Get your questions ready.

This workout is followed by a transition/brick run.

Ann has been an avid triathlete for over 12 years. She is a passionate athlete who is always expanding her knowledge about triathlon. Loves to chat with others about the sport. She has completed 19 half ironman distances and 8 full distances so far in her athletic career. She is a certified Kettlebell instructor, USAT Level 1 coach, Road Runners Club of America coach.
