Not enough climb this week yet? Let’s do AdZ 3 times. Pace is around 3.3-3.5wkg on the climb.
The route can only set up as one lap and finish line is at AdZ banner. Once we finish the climb first time, we will continue the ride and hit the descend. Once we reach the bottom of the AdZ and pass the start line of AdZ, we will do U-turn manually and do 2nd and 3rd climb.
Target finish time will be around 3.5hours. Remember to bring your foods and water.
