Yellow will hold 2.0 - 2.4 WKG Max
Red will lead a group chasing down yellow to see how many times they can lap yellow. Red group will be 3.0 - 3.5 WKG at front of the pack 2.5 - 3.0 WKG in draft. The more of you that join red the faster his group will be due to group draft.
As this is a small loop course push yourself, go with red, and if you blow up ease back to yellow. Or sit with yellow and cruise for steady endurance miles.

This is a mid to high C ride, if you are building up to these levels come along and stay with the group and push yourself.
Our goal is to make you stronger, there will pain, suck it up and keep grinding.
We give you 2 options:
1) Stay with Yellow at the advertised pace of 2.5 â 3.2 W/KG...be warned we will closer to the top end.
2) When Red goes off follow him and suffer, it is how you make gains.
Week 1 â Sprints â Sprint course followed by a final lap race
Week 2 â KOM â time to dig in and climb hard
Week 3 â Group ride with ramp up
Week 4 â Chase week, work on your 20 minute power as red chases yellow at crit city
Week 5 â Race Simulation
Then back to week 1
