イベント概要
All aspiring cyclists need a foundation of endurance work combined with good fueling, so we've combined them in one salty treat! Each week we'll take on one of the infamous Pretzel routes, getting progressively longer each week. Although the ride officially stops at 2 hours, we strongly encourage you to carry on for the after party, and bag that route badge. Long rides can drag on your own, so jump in, and Team Velos will help the time fly past with the friendly chat and questionable jokes. Don't forget to grab a bidon or two, and bring some snacks!
Pick your intensity wisely, 2.5w/kg will be zone 2 for moderate cat B riders, 2.0w/kg is zone 2 for many cat C riders (or choose to push yourself a bit harder).
Week 1 - The London Pretzel. 55.6km, 531m elevation.
Week 2 - The OG "The Pretzel". 72.9km, 1,362m elevation.
Week 3 - The Makuri Pretzel. 77.6km, 616m elevation.
Week 4 - The Mega Pretzel. 107km, 1,640m elevation.
Week 5 (month dependent) - Riders choice (determined on week 4)
