2025年度、5回目のZwiftグループライド
『Ami Kurata Birthday ride by LongRiderStories! Group Ride 2025 #5』を開催します。

三宅大志先生、トロンバイク獲得計画発動中なので、今回も登り多めです。でも斜度的にはそこまできつくないので、LSDがてらご参加くださいませー。

コースはWatopiaのDanger Noodleです。

ライドリーダーは担当編集が。
スイーパーは三宅先生が担当します。

1.5w/kg前後のペースで淡々と走りますので、ペース的にはそこまできつくはありません。是非お気軽にご参加いただければと思います♪

Mr. Daishi Miyake is currently working on a plan to acquire a TRON bike, so there will be a lot of climbing this time as well. The course is in Watopia's Delta, so it's not too steep, so please join us for LSD.

The course is Danger Noodle in Watopia.

The ride leader will be the editor in charge.
Sweeper will be Mr. Miyake.

The pace will be around 1.5w/kg, so it will not be that hard. We hope you will feel free to join us.
