It’s time to feel that leg burn!
This January, we’re doing something special. To celebrate our amazing partner Zwift, we’re opening up ALL of our Thursday rides for the entire month, giving everyone a full-month tester of our Training Tier.
Every Thursday in January, you can join our Weekly Live Coached Workout and experience the benefits of structured training, expert coaching, and community motivation for the month.
Our weekly workout rides are designed to push you hard while helping you reach your fitness goals both on Zwift and IRL.
You’ll be coached live throughout each session by Helen Bridgman (our in-house coach) on our PUBLIC Rocacorba Collective Discord, where you can ask questions, get real-time feedback, and find the support you need to dig deep and hit those watts.

Session : Zwift Race Simulation
This session is a simulation of a Zwift scratch race. using 30/30s rather than a full VO2 Max block to begin with, then multiple threshold efforts to mimic 2 x steady climbs.
Warm up with a 5 min ramp to ftp included, plus 4 short sprints to open up the legs.
The main work blocks are a 6 minute set of 30s on and 30s off at 120% FTP, followed by 3 minutes at FTP (95% threshold). Simulating a Zwift Race Start.
4 minute recovery - ride easy.
Then 2 x 6 min @ 95% FTP (simulating our 2 climbs), 4 minute recovery in between.
Final 2 min recovery before a ramp up for 1.5 mins then a 30s sprint to the finish (ERG off for the final ramp). Build the power, ramping up towards the finish line and then max effort to the end.
Cool down easy for 10 mins to finish.
