Please enter the category that aligns with your personal best 5km finish time. There will be an element of flexibility to allow for sprint finishes or small improvements, but runners consistently entering a category below their ability may be moved to the appropriate category or disqualified from the league standings.

The groups are based on Zwift guidelines as shown in the event description, either on the website or on the ZCA, and are detailed below:

Group A - 5km finish time of less than 22:20 or an average pace quicker than 4:29 min/km (7:12 min/mile)
Group B - 5km finish time of between 22:21 and 25:00 or an average pace of between 4:29 min/km (7:12 min/mile) and 5:00 min/km (8:03 min/mile)
Group C - 5km finish time of between 25:01 and 28:51 or an average pace of between 5:00 min/km (8:03 min/mile) and 5:46 min/km (9:17 min/mile)
Group D - 5km finish time of 28:52 or slower, or an average pace slower than 5:46 min/km (9:17 min/mile)

Points will be awarded based on finishing position within each category, using the fastest times across all events on the day.
1st place will receive 100 points, 2nd place 98 points, 3rd place 96 points, 4th place 95 points, and 5th place 94 points. Points will then continue to reduce by 2 points per position from 6th place onwards.

All finishers will receive points.
