It's time to WATCH THE FEMMES and today you can train like the femmes! Workout of the Week is inspired by legends in women cycling and designed to boost your fitness level on July 19 and July 26. Complete one of the events to unlock the “Watch The Femmes” kit, socks, and sunglasses.

While this is a Time Trial workout, it’s one that will benefit anyone looking to improve their strength and aerobic capacity or snag a place on the podium of any cycling discipline–just like Marianne Vos. Time to push your limits! Subgroup A is high intensity and subgroup B is the same workout at lower intensity. Pick whichever your body needs more today! You got this!
