EVENT DESCRIPTION
Come and join us Friday mornings 6.30am (AEDT) with ride leader ‘Col ‘The Badger' for some serious fun!
SAS Recovery Ride is a 1hr Spinning ride at an easy pace for beginners. Come and join us on the Watopia + Richmond Flat course for 1hr of laughs, music and banter whilst getting some training in.
HOW LONG IS THE RIDE?: 1hr
WHAT SPEED DO WE RIDE AT?: we average approx 33-35km/h which sounds fast but its easy in a bunch. If you think its too fast for you, join anyway and we'll wait for you!
