This FTP fartlek session improves threshold power, lactate clearance, and durabiklity by combining 30/30s, 60/30s, and 120/60s intervals at 100% FTP with short recoveries. It targets aerobic capacity, lactate clearance and sustained high-output performance in a format that more closely simulates real world race dynamics.
