DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
This workout is a fan favorite featuring sweet spot over/unders, with 30/30s “sandwiched” in between. The initial over/under intervals are enough to create some fatigue, making the 30/30s more effective. Then, we’ll work on your fatigue resistance with the closing set of over/under intervals. Yes, there are rest breaks, but they are purposely short to keep the heart rate and metabolic demands up. Get ready for an effective and efficient workout!
