Yellow will hold 1.7-2.0 WKG
Red will lead a group chasing down yellow to see how many times they can lap yellow. Red group will be 2.5 - 3.0 WKG at front of the pack 2.0 - 2.5 WKG in draft.
As this is a small loop course push yourself, go with red, and if you blow up ease back to yellow. Or sit with yellow and cruise for steady endurance miles.
