EVENT DESCRIPTION
Sweet Spot Training. This workout focuses on (2) 15 minute "sweet spot" intervals, which are at 88-93% of your current FTP. These intervals train your body to resist fatigue during prolonged periods at a power output just below threshold. Over time, you want to move to longer intervals and more total time in zone. Rest intervals will be 5 minutes or less. Total Time in zone: 30 minutes.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
