EVENT DESCRIPTION
For runners, a high VO2Max is the most important tool to get through hard intervals in the training plan. In this workout you will be asked to do just that. 3 Sets of some crisscross intervals. 15 minutes each. And a litte fun in the end. We keep the heart rate high and will survive the required load. You will notice after a few such sessions how your running performance improves and the intervals are easier to unwind. So full concentration in the three main sets and otherwise let's connect and chat a bit.
