It's time to WATCH THE FEMMES and today you can train like the femmes! Workout of the Week is inspired by legends in women cycling and designed to boost your fitness level on July 19 and July 26. Complete one of the events to unlock the “Watch The Femmes” kit, socks, and sunglasses.
Annemiek Van Vleuten’s workout aims to push your limits and boost your aerobic capacity—your body's ability to consume oxygen during exercise. Van Vleuten knows all about the importance of this type of workout to get your body ready to counter attacks from her rivals. You will tackle six intervals at high intensity with time to recover between each set. Subgroup A is high intensity and subgroup B is the same workout at lower intensity.
