Our Spring Training workouts are designed to help you build capacity and endurance so you’ll be ready for those long outdoor rides. Complete all six workouts to graduate from Spring Training and get the most out of your summer.

Zwift Spring Training is an achievable, 6-week campaign that is designed to make your outdoor riding better. It’s convenient, free from traffic, stop lights, unsuitable terrain, and distractions. Did we mention it’s efficient and it works? It’s a win-win!
For those not in the Northern Hemisphere, Zwift Spring Training is here to help you maintain your winter goals!
No. Only Zwift Spring Training 2024 indoor workouts will count towards campaign progression and unlocking the cap, sunglasses, and kit. You can see how many Spring Training workouts you’ve completed on Zwift Companion and on the Spring Training 2024 website—just make sure you’re logged in!
Zwift Spring Training starts on April 15, 2024, at [4PM UTC/9AM PT] and ends on June 2, 2024, at [4:00AM UTC].
Zwift Spring Training will have 6 stages over 6 weeks. You can sign up for group workouts or head to the workout collection to complete any stage individually and on-demand.
Stages will be scheduled to run every hour. During the make-up week, stages will run every hour.
You will receive the Zwift Spring Training cycling cap @ 17%, sunglasses @ 50%, and the new 2024 Zwift Spring Training Kit at 100%.
