Rapha invites you to join Rapha Cycling Club members for a workout developed by EF Pro Cycling Performance Trainer Nate Wilson.
The training plan involves a 10 minute warm up followed by short, high cadence intervals (4 minute block), longer duration intervals (20 minute block) and peak power intervals (3 minute block)
